Shipping policy

Delivery Fees & Estimated Shipping Time

Orders are delivered using Australia Post. We'll aim to ship orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order during weekdays. 

Australia post standard services and express services (if selected) estimations for delivery time frames are used for orders Australia wide. 

Friday evening & weekend orders may get shipped on Monday to prevent chocolate parcels being stored in warehouses during weekends awaiting delivery by our shipping providers. 

Delivery Fees & Estimated Shipping Time

We have simple and easy delivery fee model with a fixed price.

We use Australia Post and our estimated delivery windows are reflective of Australia Post and their services. In instances of State or Country Wide disruption due to strikes, weather & climate or transport issues.

Britpop Shop will not have any control on these matters and how Australia Post services could be impacted by such events. 

Hot Weather and Chocolate Items

All products we ship leave us in perfect condition. We wrap perishable item orders in heat resistant insulation with a goal that all chocolate items are delivered in good order.

However, we can't control Australian weather and heat and chocolate are not the best of friends!

If we are aware of extreme heat forecast, we may suggest delaying shipment of your order. Customers must take responsibility for providing a delivery address that will ensure the perishable items are not left outdoors and exposed to the elements and Australian heat for a long time.
